BetSocial is a social prediction platform where users can share betting predictions, vote on other users’ predictions, and interact with the community. It does not facilitate real money betting.

Yes, most basic features are free. However, some special predictions and benefits are only accessible with a subscription.

BetSocial only allows the sharing of predictions and analyses; it does not facilitate real money betting. Users are responsible for complying with local laws.

1 • How can I create an account?

You can easily sign in with Google or Apple without providing any additional information, just one click away.

2 • How can I change my username?

Go to "Profile > Settings" and click the "Change Username" button to update your username.

3 • How can I delete my account?

You can permanently delete your account from the "Profile > Delete My Account" section.

4 • Why was my account suspended?

If you violate community guidelines (such as posting misleading content or incorrect odds), your account may be temporarily or permanently suspended.

1 • How can I share a betting prediction?

On the homepage or just above the match list, tap the "+" button to create your prediction. All you need to do is select the odds and your prediction.

2 • How can I vote on predictions?

Use the "Win 👍" or "Lose 👎" buttons on the prediction card to cast your vote.

3 • Where will my shared predictions appear?

Your shared predictions will appear on the homepage and can be viewed by all users. The name of the user who shared it will be displayed in the top left corner of each prediction.

4 • Can I see predictions shared by other users?

Yes, you can view all users’ predictions on the homepage, follow them, and vote on their predictions.

5 • How can I report a user?

Click the "i" icon on the user’s profile to report them to us.

1 • What does the Elite Club subscription offer?

Elite Club is a special section where only members can access high-odds predictions (Correct Score, HT/FT, etc.). We also offer a free trial for first-time users.

2 • What does the Pro User subscription offer?

Pro User is a subscription for users who want to highlight their profile. A "Pro User" icon will appear next to your profile picture, helping you stand out and attract more attention.

3 • How can I cancel my subscription?

Go to "Profile > My Subscriptions" to manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time.

1 • The app won’t open, what should I do?

First, check if the app is up-to-date. If the issue persists, try deleting and reinstalling the app. Also, make sure your internet connection is stable.
